The main floor bathroom was updated in 2018. "We wanted a modern look but kept the subway tile for the St. Louis Hills charm."

The second floor bathroom was updated in 2021. "We wanted to keep the St. Louis Hills look with the Fleur de Lis tile and the gold furnishings helped make the tile pop."

A parking pad was added next to the garage for additional off-street parking.
